(6) 入札方法 入札金額を記載した書類及び提案に係る性能、機能等を記載した書類（以下「入札書」という。）をもって申し込むこと。なお、落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当する額を加算した金額（当該金額に1円未満の端数が生じた場合は、切り捨てた金額とする。）をもって落札価格とするので入札者は、消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 国立研究開発法人理化学研究所契約事務取扱細則第5条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(2) 国立研究開発法人理化学研究所競争契約参加資格又は国の競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）のいずれかにおいて令和6年度に「物品の製造」又は「物品の販売」の「A」、「B」又は「C」の等級に格付けされている者であること。
(3) 電気事業法第2条の2の規定に基づき小売電気事業の登録を受けているものであること。

(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨

(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 入札者に求められる義務 この一般競争に
参加する者は、封印した入札書の他に本公告
に示した物品を納入できることを証明する書
類及び本研究所の交付する仕様書に基づく技
術審査資料を添付して入札書の受領期限まで
に提出しなければならない。なお、入札者は、
開札日の3日前までの間において、当該書類
に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じ
なければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札及び入札者に求められる
義務を履行しなかった者のした入札は無効と
する。
(5) 契約書作成の要否 要
(6) 落札者の決定方法 予定価格の制限の範囲
内で最低価格をもって有効な入札者を落札者
とする。
