次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

1 調達内容

(2) 購入等件名及び数量 福岡空港国際線増改築に伴う什器等供給契約（審査場等）一式
(3) 調達案件の仕様等 入札説明書及び仕様書による。

(6) 入札方法 落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当する額を加算した金額（当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるものとする）をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税にかかる課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当しない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別な理由がある場合に該当する。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(3) 令和4・5・6年度法務省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）「物品の販売」においてA、B又はC等級に格付けされ、九州・沖縄地区の競争参加資格を有する者であること。
(4) 予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づき支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有する者であること。
(5) その他入札説明書に記載する基準を満たすこと。

(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨

(3) 入札者に要求される事項 入札者は、開札日の前日までの間において、支出負担行為担当官から説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 競争に参加する資格を有しない者のした入札及び入札の条件に違反した入札は、無効とする。

(6) 落札者の決定方法 予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で、最低価格をもって有効な入札を行ったものを落札者とする。

5 Summary

(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Further-
more, Minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C in “sale of products” in Kyushu・Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
