1 調達内容
(1) 品目分類番号 26

(6) 入札方法落札決定に当たっては、入札書
に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセント
に相当する額を加算した額(当該金額に1円
未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切
り捨てた金額)をもって落札価格とするので、
入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税
事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、
見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する
金額を入札書に記載すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人で
あって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得て
いる者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に
該当する。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3) 令和04年・05年・06年度の法務省競争参加
資格(全省庁統一資格)「物品の販売」であっ
て、D等級以上に格付けされていること。
(4) その他予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に
基づき、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を
有する者であること。
3 入札書の提出場所等
(1) 入札書の提出場所、契約条項を示す場所、

(2) 入札説明書の交付方法上記3(1)の場所並
びに電子調達システムにおいて、公告開始時
から開札終了時まで、掲示及び配布する。
(3) 入札書の受領期限紙媒体による入札書に
ついては、令和6年11月12日14時00分まで(郵
送の場合は、令和6年11月11日17時00分まで)
電子入札書については、令和6年10月28日
9時00分から同年11月12日14時00分まで受付
する。
(4) 開札の日時及び場所令和6年11月12日14
時00分府中刑務所庁舎3階会議室及び電
子調達システム上
4 電子調達システムの利用
本件は、電子調達システムを利用することが
できる案件である。
5 その他
(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金納付を免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、入札説明書で示した必
要書類を令和6年10月18日17時00分までに上
記3(1)の場所又は電子調達システム上に提出
しなければならない。また、開札日の前日ま
での間において、支出負担行為担当官から当
該書類について説明を求められた場合は、そ
れに応じなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者がした入札及び入札に関する条件に
違反した入札は、無効とする。
6 Summary

(3) Nature and quantity of the product to be purchased: Contract for renewal of machinery and equipment for treatment management building.
(4) Delivery period: As in the tender documentation.

(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall: (1) Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. However, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. (2) Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. (3) Have the Grade A, B, C or D in “Sales of Goods” in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024. (4) Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
