(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求用件
① 本システムは独立行政法人国立病院機構南和歌山医療センターの手術室（5室）における無影灯（②）、術野カメラ（③）、手術室映像コントロールシステム（④）、手術映像保存配信管理システム（⑤）及びこれらを支えるネットワーク基盤系システムのハードウエアおよびソフトウエア（⑥）から構成されること。
② 無影灯はLED照明であり、光源は演色性の高く目の負担が軽減できる眩しさを抑えたものを使用し、色収差が生じない反射方式であり、無影灯照射部分に影が写り込まないよう反射防止処理などが施されていること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年9月9日から令和6年10月24日まで。
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書に
よる。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
5 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be procured : 16, 22
(2) Nature and quantity of the product to be purchased: Operating lights, surgical field cameras, and operating room video management system 1 set.
(3) Type of the procurement : Purchase
(4) Required conditions
① This system is used for surgical lights (2), surgical field cameras (3), operating room video control system (4), and surgical video storage and distribution management in the operating rooms (5 rooms) of the National Hospital Organization Minamiwakayama Medical Center. Consists of the system (5) and the hardware and software of the network infrastructure system that supports these systems ((6)).
② The surgical light is an LED lighting, and the light source uses a light source with high color rendering properties that reduces glare to reduce eye strain. The light source uses a reflective method that does not cause chromatic aberration, and does not cast shadows on the area illuminated by the surgical light. Anti-reflection treatment must be applied to prevent interference.
③ The surgical field camera is a 4K camera, and two types, one with a spotlight and one with a 3-axis rotation function, are prepared in each operating room where it is needed, and the camera is adjusted to match the light intensity of the surgical light. Must have a built-in ND filter.
④ The operating room video control system should be able to film surgeries performed in each operating room, switch the images displayed on the monitor, and perform recording operations using the touch panel, and display thumbnails on the touch panel display. Also, the video can be transmitted to other systems.
⑤ The surgical video storage and distribution management system must be capable of storing, distributing, downloading, etc. the surgical video that has been taken. Viewing must be possible not only from the operating room but also from the anesthetist's room, etc.
⑥ Regarding the hardware and software of the network infrastructure system, existing network equipment must be updated.
