2 競争参加資格

(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(3) 令和4・5・6年度防衛省競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)において、東北地域の競争参加資格を有する者のうち、「物品の販売及び役務の提供等」のA、B又はC等級に格付けされている者であること。

(1) 入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。

(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争に参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書のほかに必要な証明書等を指定する期日までに提出しなければならない。入札者は、開札日の期
日までの間において、契約担当官から当該書類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格の無い者のした入札及び入札の条件に違反した入札は無効とする。

(6) 落札者の決定方法 本公告に示した物品を納入できると契約担当官が判断した資料を添付して入札書を提出した入札者であって予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行なった入札者を落札者とする。

③ Have grade A, B and C on “Sale of items, offer and service” in the Tohoku area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in JFY 2022, 2023 and 2024.
