N It is envisaged that the Internet Wi-Fi environment for patients will be managed on MiNet to prevent radio wave interference and to ensure that it does not affect the Wi-Fi environment used for business purposes. However, if there is a mechanism for logically separating business and Internet communications and for safe operation to prevent unauthorized intrusions and attacks from the Internet, specific proposals for this purpose should be made.
O The configuration is capable of isolating specific segments within the network from other segments by using virtual networks, access control lists, etc.
P Configure the radiology department network as a subnetwork of MiNet.
Q Have the ability to manage assets of devices connected to MiNet.
R In order to quickly grasp the constantly changing network status, the network status of each floor, department, and device must be made visible. In addition, if there is a system that can monitor network communications and analyze unauthorized connections and network communication status, specific proposals for this purpose must be provided.
S The system must have a function to notify the user when it detects anomalies such as unauthorized intrusions, attacks, or behaviors in MiNet. In addition, in conjunction with the previous item, the system must be able to visualize the location of anomalies in order to quickly identify the location.
T Ability to consolidate, record, store, and manage SYSLOG from multiple devices within a network. In addition, if there is a mechanism for detecting anomalies, searching, aggregating, analyzing, and creating reports from the output of SYSLOG, specific proposals for such a mechanism should be provided.
U Dealing with security threats, which are becoming more sophisticated and complex every year, requires a high level of expertise. Since it is becoming difficult for network personnel and administrators alone to deal with these threats, SOC services may be effective. If such services are available, please provide specific proposals.
V There are approximately 2,700 PHS phones used by doctors, nurses, medical staff, and administrative staff, and it is planned to replace these with business-use smartphones. In places without Wi-Fi, propose using them via a carrier network. If switching from PHS to a smartphone will enable not only calling but also the use of applications that are expected to improve work (chat, groupware, medical record viewing, etc.), make specific proposals for this purpose.
W The new MiNet must be constructed without affecting the operation of the existing HIS and the existing MiNet, all connected servers and terminals must be migrated to the new MiNet with minimal downtime, and the new MiNet must begin operation by the end of September 2025. Specific proposals must be made to achieve this.
