Iwakigawa Integrated Dam Management
Office, Tohoku Regional Development Bu-
reau, contract 152kW and the estimated
electricity for the year is 500,960kWh Elec-
tricity used in the building Aseishigawa
Dam Management Office, Tohoku Region-
al Development Bureau, contract 123kW
and the estimated electricity for the year is
468,445kWh Electricity used in the Aseis-
higawa Dam Water Quality Conservation
Facility, Tohoku Regional Development
Bureau, contract 139kW and the estimated
electricity for the year is 318,366kWh
(4) Fulfillment period: From 1 December,
2024 through 30 November, 2025
(5) Fulfillment place: As shown in the tender
documentation
(6) Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① Do not come under Article 70 and 71 of
the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget,
Auditing and Accounting
② Have Grade A, B, C or D on “sale of
product” in Tohoku Area in terms of qua-
lification for participating in tenders by
Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Trans-
port and Tourism (Single qualification
for every ministry and agency)
③ Do not be under suspension of nomina-
tion by Director-General of Tohoku Re-
gional Development Bureau from time
limit for the tender to Bid Opening
④ The person who obtained a bid manual
from the person of ordering directly
⑤ Acquire the electric certificate in case
of using the Electric Bidding system

quest from Ministry of Land, Infrastruct-
ure, Transport and Tourism is continuing

⑧ Fulfill the requirements mentioned in
the tender manual that are stated from
the viewpoint of reducing CO₂ and en-
vironmental impact
