2 競争参加資格
(1)、(2)、(4)、(5)は、第1号の2(1)、(2)、(4)、(5)に同じ。
(3) 令和4・5・6年度財務省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）において業種区分が「役務の提供等」で「A」又は「B」の等級に格付けされ、関東・甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者、又は当該競争参加資格審査を受けていない者で、競争参加資格審査申請書を提出し、入札書の受領期限までに競争参加資格審査を受け競争参加資格者名簿に登載され、当該等級に格付けされた者であること。

(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall; (c) have Grade “A” or, “B” offer of services etc in the Kanto・Koushinetsu district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders related to Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.; (f) Prove to have the ability to lease the products concerned by themselves in addition to by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be leased by a third party.
