(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争に参加を希望する者は、本公告に示した業務が履行できることを証明する書類を指定する期日までに提出しなければならない。
なお、入札者は、支出負担行為担当官が指定する暴力団等に該当しない旨の誓約書を提出しなければならない。
また、入札者は、支出負担行為担当官から当該書類等に関し説明を求められた場合は、これに応じなければならない。
(4) 入札時留意事項
ア 入札者から提出される入札・契約関係書類については、事業者としての決定であることを要する。
イ 入札・契約関係書類に虚偽記載等の不正が発覚した場合は、契約解除や違約金を徴収することがある。
(5) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に要求される事項を履行しなかった者の提出した入札書、その他入札の条件に違反した者の提出した入札書は無効とする。

(7) 落札者の決定方法 本公告に示した業務を履行できると支出負担行為担当官が判断した入札者であって、予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定に基づき作成された予定価格の制限の範囲で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った者を落札者とする。

④ The applicant is deemed not to have stated any false facts in the qualification examination application form or attached documents.
⑤ The applicant is deemed not to have experienced an extreme deterioration in the business situation or creditworthiness.
⑥ In the case of an applicant to whom any of the following systems apply, the applicant has no arrears in insurance premiums for the two years immediately preceding the deadlinefor submitting the bid for this bid (two insurance years for E and F).

order from a labor standards inspection agency for violation of labor standards-related laws and regulations (※)
but has taken corrective measures and
received a “Notice of Lifting Suspension Order, etc.”
B. The person must not have been referred to the prosecution for violation
