次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、
当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件 今
回導入する総合臨床検査システムについては
以下の構成品が含まれていること。
A 検体検査システム(生化学・免疫・血
液・尿一般検査)、微生物検査システム(一
般細菌、抗酸菌及び遺伝子解析)、遺伝子
検査システム(遺伝子検査)における検体
前処理から検体保管までの過程を効率的か
つ迅速に実施でき、安全かつ信頼性のある
検査を実施できる設備であること。
B 採血システム 採血及び採尿の受付から
採取容器の払い出し、採血業務を効率的に
実施でき、かつプライバシーを保護できる
設備であること。
C 迅速な保守支援体制を安定的に供給でき
ること。
D 既存の病院情報システム(HIS) と接
続可能であり、接続費用を含むこと。
E 設備を設置するための工事費用を含むこ
と。
F 機器・システムに関する試薬や消耗品に
関し安定的に供給できること。
G 機器システム稼働による廃液等が安全に
廃棄可能であること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

6 Summary

(2) Nature and quantity of the products to be rent: Automated Laboratory System for Sample Transportation and Analysis 1 Set
(3) Type of the procurement : Rent
(4) Basic requirements of the procurement : Automated Laboratory System for Sample Transportation and Analysis to be introduced this time must include the following components :
A Sample examination The system can perform safe and reliable examinations, including sample examination (biochemistry, immunity, blood, and urine), microorganism (general bacteria, acid-fast bacteria, and genetics), and genetic analysis.
B Blood collection system The system can perform effective and privacy-protecting blood and urine correction processes, including reception and paying out.
C The system should be supplied by the stable and prompt service.
D The system can be connected to the existing Hospital Information Systems. Connecting cost should be included in budget.
E All construction costs should be included in the budget.
F Ability to stably supply reagents and consumables for equipment and systems.
G Waste liquid, etc. from equipment system operation must be able to be safely disposed of.
