① 重油 JIS K2205 6,100kℓ
② 軽油 JIS K2204 5,500kℓ
(3) 調達件名の特質等 内地においては、重油JIS1種1号。軽油JIS2号相当。外地においては、支出負担行為担当官が指定する軽油。
(4) 納入期間 令和6年10月1日から令和7年3月31日までの、支出負担行為担当官が指定する期間。
(5) 納入場所 内地及び外地において、支出負担行為担当官が指定する場所。
(6) 今後調達が予定される数量及び入札公告予定時期 重油 11,000kℓ、軽油 3,500kℓ 令和7年2月上旬
(7) 入札方法 上記1(2)の件名を納入場所ごとに入札に付する。入札金額は1kℓ（内地）及び1mt（外地）当たりの単価を記入すること。落札決定に当たっては、内地は入札書に記載された金額（当該金額の10%に相当する額を加算した金額（当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときはその端数金額を切り捨てるものとする。）をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。外地は国外で行われる取引のため消費税の対象外となるので、見積もった契約金額を入札書に記載すること。

(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade “A”, “B” or “C” in terms of the qualification “sale of product” for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
