(6) 入札方法 入札金額は、1月当たりの単価
を記載すること。なお、落札決定に当たって
は、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10
パーセントに相当する額を加算した金額を
もって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費
税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか
免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契
約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書
に記載すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 国立大学法人島根大学の契約事務取扱規程
第3条及び第4条の規定に該当しない者であ
ること。(代理人、支配人その他使用人として
使用する者についても同様とする。)
(2) 国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)又は
国立大学法人島根大学の競争参加資格のいず
れかにおいて令和6年度に中国地域の「役務
の提供等」のA、B又はC等級に格付けされ
ている者であること。なお、島根大学の競争
参加資格については、島根大学財務部財務課
まで随時受け付けている。
(3) 借入物品に係る迅速なアフターサービスの
体制が整備されていることを証明した者であ
ること。
(4) 本公告に示した物品を学長が指定する日
時、場所に十分に納入することができること
を証明した者であること。
(5) 本公告に示した物品を第三者をして貸付け
ようとする者にあっては、当該物品を自ら貸
付けできる能力を有するとともに、第三者を
して貸付けできる能力を有することを証明し
た者、借入物品に係るメンテナンスの体制が
整備されていることを証明した者であるこ
と。
(6) 医薬品、医療機器等の品質、有効性及び安
全性の確保等に関する法律に基づいて医療機
器の販売業の許可を得ていることを証明した
者であること。
(7) 反社会的勢力への対応に関する規則(平成
27年島大規則第21号)第2条第1号に規定す
る反社会的勢力に該当しない者であること。
(8) 国立大学法人島根大学の契約事務取扱規程
第2条の規定に基づき、学長が定める資格を
有する者であること。
(9) 学長から取引停止の措置を受けている期間
中の者でないこと。

4 その他
(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除。
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に本公
告に示した物品を貸付けできることを証明す
る書類を添付して入札書の受領期限までに提
出しなければならない。入札者は、開札日の
前日までの間において、学長から当該書類に
関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じな
ければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札説明書による。
(5) 契約書作成の要否 要。
(6) 落札者の決定方法 本公告に示した物品を
貸付けできると学長が判断した入札者であっ
て、国立大学法人島根大学の契約事務取扱規
程第9条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価
格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な
入札を行った入札者を落札者とする。

入札説明書等で当該調達に関する環境上の条
件を定めた調達であると示されている場合
は、十分理解した上で応札すること。

B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Chugoku area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by The National University Corporation Shimane University,
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service for the lease products,
D prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by President,
E prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products,
F prove to have obtained license for selling a medical instrument in accordance with the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act,
G not come under Item 1, Article 2 of the Regulation concerning Anti-social forces for The National University Corporation Shimane University,
H meet the qualification requirements which President, The National University Corporation Shimane University may specify in accordance with Article 2 of the Regulation,
I not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, The National University Corporation Shimane University.
