た金額とするので、入札者は、消費税及び
地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税
事業者であるかを問わず、見積った契約希
望金額の110分の100に相当する額を入札書
に記載すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 審査基準日（下記3(3)に示す「競争参加資
格確認申請書等」の提出期限の日をいう。以
下同じ。）において、東日本高速道路株式会社
契約規程実施細則第6条の規定に該当しない
者であること。
(2) 審査基準日から入札・開札を経て落札者決
定の日までの期間（期首及び期末の日を含む）
において、東日本高速道路株式会社から「地
域3（関東支社が所掌する区域）」において、
取引停止措置を受けていないこと。
(3) 審査基準日から入札・開札を経て落札者決
定の日までの期間（期首及び期末の日を含む）
において、入札に参加しようとする者の間に、
資本関係又は人的関係がないこと。
