資料提供招請に関する公表
次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 10 G bpsの広帯域ネットワークに対応し、セキュリティに十分な配慮を払っていること。
B 本ネットワークは、鳥取キャンパスコアスイッチ、米子キャンパスコアスイッチ、基幹スイッチ、エッジスイッチ、無線LANネットワーク装置、ファイアウォール装置、DHCPサーバで構成すること。
C ファイアウォール装置は侵入防止システムの機能を有すること。
D ネットワークを仮想的に複数の系に分離できること。
E 省エネルギー、省スペース、温度対策及び低騒音化が図られていること。
F 運用管理において、できる限り省力化及び自動化が達成されていること。
G 利用者側の利便性を考慮して設計されていること。
H システムの障害を防止するための十分な保守体制、障害発生時の迅速な対処及びシステム運用についてのサポート体制が提供できること。
I サプライチェーン・リスクへの対策として、「IT調達に係る国等の物品等又は役務の調達方針及び調達手続きに関する申合せ」（平成30年12月10日関係省庁申合せ）に準じた要求に応じること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会を開催する。
(1) 開催日時 令和6年7月5日16時00分
(2) 開催場所 鳥取大学事務局第一会議室
5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
6 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 27
(2) Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Campus Information Network Equipment in Tottori University 1 Set
(3) Type of the procurement : Rent
(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The system must accommodate a broadband network of 10Gbps and be sufficiently secure.
B The system shall consist of core switches in the Tottori and Yonago campuses, backbone switches, edge switches, wireless LAN network equipment, firewall equipment, and DHCP servers.
C A firewall shall implement the function of IPS (Intrusion Prevention System).
D The system can virtually separate networks into multiple Virtual Routing Forwardings (VRFs).
E Energy saving, space saving, temperature control, and noise reduction shall be implemented.
F Labor-saving and automation of operation and management shall be achieved to the greatest extent possible.
G The system shall be designed considering end-users' usability.
H A sufficient maintenance system to prevent failures, and a support system for operation and prompt response to failures must be provided.
I As a countermeasure against supply chain risk, the suppliers of the systems must respond to the requirements by the “Guidelines for Procurement Policies and Procedures for Government Goods and Services Related to IT Procurement” (agreed by the relevant ministries and agencies on 10 December, 2008).
