資料提供招請に関する公表
次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 乳房X線撮影を行い2D及び3Dの画像を得ること。
B 乳房内を適切な画質で表示させ、診断に適した画像を得るシステムであること。
C 撮影した画像の保管及び配信業務ができること。
D 当院の情報システム・画像サーバと接続し、オーダ情報・画像情報・線量情報の通信ができること。
E 安全かつ精度高く乳房生検が行えること。
F コンピューターによる関心領域の検出を用いて、ソフトコピー診断を支援できること。
G 乳房X線撮影の精度を維持し、適切な診断を行えるよう補助する周辺機器を備えること。
H 医療機器としての安全性が考慮されていること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

4 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会を開催する。

5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
6 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The system must be able to acquire images of two- and three-dimensional mammography.
B The system must display images with appropriate image quality, and must be able to acquire images suitable for diagnosis.
C The system must be capable of storing and distributing the images.
D The system must have connections with the hospital's radiology and hospital information systems, and must allow communication of examination order information, image information and dose information.
E The system must enable breast biopsy to be performed safety and accurately.
F The system must be able to support soft copy reading using computer-aided detection of regions of interest.
G The system must have peripheral devices that ensure the accuracy of mammography, and assist in making appropriate diagnoses.
H The system must be safe enough for application as medical equipment.
