次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(6) 入札方法 入札は上記(2)の納入に要する一
切の諸経費を含めた額で行う。落札決定に当
たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金
額の10パーセントに相当する額を加算した金
額（当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、
その端数を切り捨てるものとする。）をもって
落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び
地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事
業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額
の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載
すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 独立行政法人農林水産消費安全技術セン
ター契約事務取扱規程第8条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年、被保佐人
又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必
要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の事
由がある場合に該当する。
(2) 独立行政法人農林水産消費安全技術セン
ター契約事務取扱規程第9条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3) 令和04・05・06年度独立行政法人農林水産
消費安全技術センター競争参加資格の契約の
種類「物品の販売」において、A、B、C又
はDの等級に格付けされている者であるこ
と。
なお、全省庁統一資格において、当該資格
を有する者は、同等級に格付けされている者
とみなす。また、上記資格の申請の時期及び
場所は、独立行政法人農林水産消費安全技術
センター競争参加資格審査申請及び全省庁統
一資格審査申請の方法による。
(4) 購入物品に係る迅速なアフターサービス・
メンテナンスの体制が整備されていることを
証明した者であること。
(5) 調達物品に係る仕様書に記載された要求要
件を満たすこと。
(6) 契約担当官等から物品の製造契約、物品の
購入契約及び役務等契約指名停止措置要領に
基づく指名停止を受けている期間中でないこ
と。

4 その他
(1) 入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及
び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除。
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に入札
説明書で示す条件を満たしていることを証明
した書類を添付して入札書の受領期限までに
提出しなければならない。入札者は、開札日
の前日までの間において、契約責任者から当
該書類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それ
に応じなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。
5 Summary

(3) Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Personal computer, 153 sets.
(4) Delivery period : February 14, 2025
(5) Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation.
(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 8 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for Incorporated Administrative Agency Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 9 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for Incorporated Administrative Agency Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center.
③ have the Grade A, B, C or D in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders for “sales of product” of the Indus-
trial Classification by Incorporated Administrative Agency Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center or have grade of competition participation qualification for every ministry and agency for the fiscal year, 2022, 2023 and 2024
④ Have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products.
⑤ Satisfy the requirements stated in the specifications for procured items.
⑥ Not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
