資料提供招請に関する公表
次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 調達するシステムは、本学における多様かつ高度な各種の研究活動の支援に関する需要に応えることができるものとする。
B 本システムは、各種サーバ類、端末コンピュータ群、基本空間データ群、測定機器群、その他関連機器から構成されるものとする。
C 本学のニーズに対応したアプリケーションプログラム並びに実行環境を整えていること。
D 本システムは、空間情報科学研究センターのネットワーク及び本学の学内ネットワークを通じて多数のユーザが同時に利用した場合においても十分な機能を発揮できること。
E システムを効率的に管理運用できること。
F 本システムは、空間情報科学研究センター既存のシステムから円滑に移行できること。
G システムの障害を未然に防止し、また障害発生時には即時に対応できるようなサポート体制が提供されること。
H セキュリティに十分な配慮を払ったシステムであること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公告に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年6月11日から令和6年7月12日まで。
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公告内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
5 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be procured: 14

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
A The system should support various and advanced research activities in the University of Tokyo.
B The system should consist of server type computers, terminal clients, basic spatial databases, measuring instruments and other related devices.
C The system should supply various application programs and environments suitable for the need of the University of Tokyo.
D The system should work efficiently for simultaneous use via networks of the Center of Spatial Information Science and the University of Tokyo.
E The system should be maintainable with least effort.
F The system should assure a smooth transition from the existing old system of the Center for Spatial Information Science.
G The system should be fully supported for preventive maintenance and prompt recovery.
H The cyber security of the system should be ensured.
