(6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:
A not come under Article 7 and 8 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Nara National Institute of Higher Education and Research.
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2023 in the Kinki area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency.
C prove to have the ability to deliver the products, repui red by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,
D prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products,
E meet the qualification requirements which the Chairperson, the Contract for Nara National Institute of Higher Education and Reserch Furthermore may specify in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation.
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the Chairperson, Nara National Institute of Higher Education and Reserch
