資料提供招請に関する公表
次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、
当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 測定対象ガスは水素(H2)であること。
B 試料の活性化処理のため、自動で加圧/
排気サイクル動作ができること。
C 水素吸蔵放出特性評価測定ができるこ
と。また、測定モードはブランク測定、自
動測定、半自動測定及び手動測定ができる
こと。
D 水素化速度測定ができること。
E 1-100MPaGの範囲以上で水素吸蔵放
出特性評価測定ができること。
F 高圧水素ガス発生部では、入力圧力2
MPaGかつ、駆動ガス(窒素ガス)圧力
0.8MPaG時に、吐出圧力140MPaGを達成
できること。
G 高圧水素ガス発生部では、吐出圧力の上
下限圧力が設定でき、設定された吐出圧力
範囲を維持するよう自動で昇圧できるこ
と。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年6月3日から令和6年
7月5日まで。
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会を
開催する。
(1) 開催日時 令和6年6月14日15時30分
(2) 開催場所 オンライン開催とする。(詳細
は、導入説明書による。)
5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書に
よる。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更す
ることがあり得る。
6 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be procured: 24
(2) Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Automatic Volumetric Evaluation System for Hydrogen Storage Property 1 Set
(3) Type of the procurement : purchase
(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A Measurement gas is hydrogen gas.
B Gas introduction and evacuation should be operated automatically for sample activation process.
C Hydrogen storage property evaluation measurement modes should include blank, automatic, semi-automatic, and manual measurement modes.
D A hydrogenation rate measurement should be capable.
E A pressure condition of the hydrogen storage property evaluation measurement should be in the range of 1-100 MPaG or larger.
F A high pressure hydrogen gas generator should be capable of reaching a discharge pressure of 140 MPaG.
G The high pressure hydrogen gas generator should be capable of setting upper and lower discharge pressure limits and automatically increasing pressure to maintain the set pressure range.
