次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(6) 入札方法 総額で入札に付する。落札決定
に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当
該金額の10%に相当する額を加算した金額
(当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、
その端数金額を切り捨てた金額とする。)を
もって落札価格とするので、入札者は消費税
及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免
税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約
金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に
記載すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3) 令和04・05・06年度（全省庁統一資格）競
争参加資格において、「役務の提供等C以上」
の等級に格付されている者であること。
(4) 契約担当官等から指名停止を受けている期
間中の者でないこと。
3 入札書の提出場所等

(2) 入札説明書の交付・見本の確認方法 本公
告の日から上記3(1)の場所にて実施する。
(3) 入札書の受領期限 郵送による場合は、令
和6年7月11日17時00分。ただし、入札書を
持参する場合は、開札の日時までとする。

4 その他
(1) 入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及
び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除。
(3) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札、入札者に求められ
る義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札は
無効とする。
(4) 契約書作成の要否 要。
(5) 落札者の決定方法 予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った入札者を落札者とする。
(6) 手続きにおける交渉の有無 無。

5 Summary

(3) Nature and quantity of the services to be
required: Goverment building, bldg. B,
maintenance of power supply for informa-
tion system. 1 set.
(4) Delivery period: as in the tender do-
cumentation.
(5) Delivery place: as in the tender do-
cumentation.
(6) Procedure for tender Suppliers shall sub-
mit the estimate of total sum excluding con-
sumption tax.
(7) Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: eligible suppliers for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall.
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the necessary consent for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③ have higher than Grade C “offer of ser-
vices etc” in terms of the qualification for
participating in tenders (Single qualifica-
tion for every ministry and agency) in the
fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ are not being suspended from transac-
tion by the request of the officials in
charge of contract.
(8) Time limit for tender: 17:00 on 11 July,
2024 in case of by mail, 10:00 on 12 July,
2024 in case of by hand.
