競泳研究用回流水槽 一式

(4) 導入目的 本学では1979年に建設された回流水槽において多種の研究が行われ、競泳技術の高度化がなされ、多くの専門研究者を輩出している。同時に回流水槽は競泳選手のトレーニングシステムとしても機能しており、第一線で活躍する選手が育成されている。しかし、建設から半世紀を経て回流水槽の機能低下があり、我が国の競泳競技を引き続き指導的に牽引し、成果を上げるためにも本調達により本学の競泳研究用回流水槽の更新を行うものである。
(5) 導入予定時期 令和8年1月以降
(6) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 誤差±5%以内の均一な水流を2.3m/sまで再現できるシステムであること。
B 気泡除去装置を装備していること。
C 表面加速装置を拡張できる設計であること。
D 側方および底面に観察窓が設置されていること。
E 屋内プールの循環システムと連結して水槽内の水を循環できること。
F 緊急停止が可能なシステムであること。
G 迅速なメンテナンス体制とユーザー支援体制が確保されていること。
H 耐震性能が備わっていること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(6)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公告に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年5月21日から令和6年6月20日まで。
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公告内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
5 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be procured : 24

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The system must reproduce maximal flow velocity up to 2.3 m/s with flow distribution error within ±5%.
B The system must include a bubble reduction apparatus.
C The system must be designed being able attach a surface acceraration apparatus.
D Observation window must be set on both sides and bottom of the water channel.
E The system must be connected to the circulation system of the swimming pool to circulate the water inside the water channel.
F Emergency shutdown function must be set in the system.
G Prompt maintenance and user support system must be secured.
H Aseimatic performance must be provided.
