6 Summary
(1) Official in charge of disbursement of the
procuring entity: Nobuhisa Yamaguchi
Deputy Director General, Procurement Op-
erations (Ships, Communications and Elect-
ronics) for Department of Procurement Op-
erations, Acquisition, Technology and Lo-
gistics Agency.
(2) Classification of the products to be pro-

(3) Nature and quantity of the products to be
purchased:
① Rubber Hose for oil discharge, 16 Each
② Rubber Hose for oil discharge, 30 Each
③ Hose Assy Nonmetallic, 28 Each
④ Anchor Chain Cable, 15 Ream
(4) Delivery period: as in the tender do-
cumentation.
(5) Delivery place: as in the tender do-
cumentation.
(6) Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③ have the following Grade qualification,
for each item in 6(3) above, in the Kanto
and Koushinetsu area in terms of the qua-
lification for participating in tenders by
Ministry of Defense (Single qualification
for every ministry and agency) in the fis-
cal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.

④ The person who is not being under sus-
pension of nomination by Director Gener-
al for Health and Medicine, Director Ge-
